DANIEL WIENER Vice President of Programming

Daniel Wiener serves as Vice President of Programming for Antoinette Media, overseeing creative and production for several shows, including VH1’s Caught in the Act: Unfaithful, Run It Back!, and Love & Hip Hop: Miami.

In 2010, Wiener joined the production team of the very first season of VH1’s Love & Hip Hop. Since then, he has helped grow the show from a small first season into the long-running, iconic franchise it is today. He has produced multiple seasons of every Love & Hip Hop city — New York, Atlanta, Miami, and Hollywood — and has helped develop and produce spinoff series including Stevie J & Joseline Go Hollywood, Leave It To Stevie, Family Reunion: Love & Hip Hop Edition, and Run It Back!

A graduate of Syracuse University, Wiener began his television career in casting, recruiting disgruntled teens in malls and skate parks for CMT’s World’s Strictest Parents, and convincing hapless dog owners to out their homewrecking hounds on Animal Planet’s It’s Me or the Dog.

As the son of a television news producer (father) and comedy writer (mother), Wiener maintains he was genetically engineered to produce unscripted programming. He has a passion for telling stories from unconventional angles and loves working with cast members from unique backgrounds, with big personalities and unapologetic opinions.
